Clinical Leadership 360: multisource feedback tool

Welcome to the Clinical Leadership 360 – a multisource feedback tool for leadership development.

The London Deanery, in partnership with Real World Group, have developed a multisource feedback programme through which clinicians can learn more about and develop their leadership effectiveness.  The tool is web-based and provides participants with a bound, collated report on their leadership behaviours, with an emphasis on how they engage others.

The programme will benefit you by increasing your self awareness and understanding of the impact of your behaviour on others, providing an ideal starting point in order to develop effective leadership behaviours.  Feedback received so far indicates that participants have found the results of the Clinical Leadership 360 to be extremely accurate and constructive.
