NHS Leadership Framework

The NHS Leadership Framework is for everyone working in health and care, regardless of role, discipline or function. As Andrew Lansley said, “Leadership matters not only when you may have reached a senior level.  It matters from the very moment you enter training and the workplace. There is a shared responsibility for the success of any healthcare organisation, for the services it provides and for care it delivers.  Acts of leadership can come from anyone in an organisation.  The Framework reflects that.”
